How can my customers get their Magnetpass Loyalty Card?

You can integrate the the code directly onto your website or link to the page. We can track the different mediums used so that you can plan any furture promotions.

How many designs can I have?

In theory…. unlimited!

You can create different loyalty cards for different purposes. For example issue different cards for your customers and staff.

What kind of offers can I give my customers?

Anything you like! Digital loyalty cards are membership schemes and you can offer your members what suits your venue best.

You can change the offers as much as you like and update the back of the pass with your latest promotions. Send a push notification to update your customers.

We would encourage discussing any over 18 offers with your licencing solicitor or contact.

How do I update my passes?

Simply log into you MagnetPass account at https://app.magnetpass.uk and choose your pass to edit under “Passes”. You can update the colour theme, logos and information on the back.

When you update the pass, you can choose whether to send an update to your customers’ phones.

Do my customers need to download an app?

The simple answer is no. We use the phone’s native wallet application to store the passes.

Older Android phones without Android Pay need a free app.

What Payment Methods are accepted?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express

When will my customers receive their tickets?

Your customers will receive their booking reference immediately, with a confrimation email shortly thereafter.

My customer has asked for a refund, what do I do?

You can search for their ticket using their reference number and issue the refund. The full amount is refunded to the customer.
